Grand Hyatt Dubai hosts a week of Turkish delights

The Market Cafe at Grand Hyatt Hotel Dubai is currently hosting the Turkish cuisine week. It goes on until April 19.
“Truly Tike” event at The Market Cafe is presenting three of the top Turkish chefs who have flown in from Istanbul.
The three chefs are the masters behind the scenes at Tike kitchens in Istanbul.
Tike is a famous Turkish outlet in Nisantasi, an exclusive and elegant downtown area full of boutiques, department stores and fine restaurants.
In a lush indoor atrium garden, The Market Café restaurant serves an impressive culinary line-up from five open kitchens.
An all-day casual dining venue, the restaurant offers Italian pastas and salads, authentic Arabic cuisine, grill, aromatic Indian favorites, international desserts and pastries including a chocolate fountain and a healthy bar concept, featuring freshly squeezed juices.
Leenu Bablani, assistant marketing communications manager at Grand Hyatt
Dubai, said: “The event has become very popular. It is one of the keenly anticipated activities at Market Cafe, Grand Hyatt.”
She adds: “We are offering our guests a chance to experience the real taste of traditional Turkey cuisine provided by Tike’s chefs, an award-winning restaurant in Istanbul.”
The event aims to showcase the authentic Turkish dishes such as BBQ Doner, Ozel Adana, Turkish Osmani and much more, she said.
