Mobily adds Kuwait to Raqi package’s free data roaming countries

Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) has added Kuwait Ooredoo company to the list of Raqi package, where subscribers can use free data roaming service. Accordingly, Kuwait has been added to the countries’ list accessed to Raqi package subscribers.
Raqi offers its subscribers free roaming access in numerous countries, including the UAE, the United States, France, Britain, Egypt, Bahrain and Jordan. This free Internet access does not need prior subscription or any additional charges to be activated.
Athbi Alaqeel, GM, VIP sales, Mobily, said: "We aim to provide the best services to Raqi package subscribers, which are not only restricted to free data service during international roaming, but Raqi subscribers can also get 200 free calling minutes outside the Kingdom. In addition, priority and attention is given while calling senior customer care center 1100 with a view to enabling them to get a response to their queries within few seconds.”
Raqi package has many features such as cash back benefit up to SR 3,600 per annum soon after subscribing to new Raqi package, where the subscriber can retrieve the value of the smart phone he purchases from any of Mobily branches and the value will be deducted from monthly bills over a 12-month period from the date of purchasing the device.
Moreover, Raqi package allows its subscribers an “exceptional travel experience” through the international Priority Pass membership.
Mobily is described as the first operator in the Kingdom that provides such a service, whether inside or outside the Kingdom.
