Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) has further strengthened its new look executive team with qualified Saudi talent.
This is stated to have come as an essential component of the organization’s strategy to strengthen the role of Saudi talent in the leadership of the organization so as to contribute effectively for development of the company.
Chief Human Resource Officer for Mobily Faiez Awadh in his message said: "Mobily has a very clear vision of the path leading toward its strategic objectives; we will continue toward empowering Saudi youth and challenging them to take up more and more leadership positions and utilize their unique local knowledge and expertise to help their growth together with that of Mobily."
Mobily has appointed Majid Abdulaziz Al-Otaibi as senior executive officer, strategic planning and marketing in business unit. Al-Otaibi has over 15 years of experience with advanced electronics and a number of other companies within the Kingdom’s telecommunication sector. He has a degree in electrical engineering.
He is expected to play a pivotal role in the development of marketing strategies for the business sector, especially considering his expertise in both telecom sector and familiarity with the Saudi business environment.
The appointment of increased number of people from indigenous talent pool of Saudi youth is among the strategic objectives of Mobily.
"The local talent brings with it the local know-how and will continue to play a pivotal role in the future growth and development of Mobily across the Kingdom," the company stated.
