National Company for Business Solutions (NCBS), a subsidiary of Etihad Etisalat (Mobily), celebrated the completion of five years of its operations.
To mark the occasion, NCBS unveiled its new name, Holool Aloula, in the presence of company management and government representatives.
The ceremony was attended by Mobily’s CEO Ahmed Farroukh along with Chief Business Officer Ismail Al-Ghamdi, and Maziad Alharbi, chief technology officer, with a number of other officials.
Holool Aloula CEO Zaid bin Abdullah Al-Shabanat in his speech reviewed the company's history, journey, achievements and challenges since the company’s inception in 2011. He outlined the continuing efforts to achieve the organization's objectives and its role role in supporting the Saudization drive by training and development programs for Saudi youth.
A short film recounted the story of the company since its inception, when it started with approximately 1,000 employees. It has since grown with increased Saudization rate. The company now has more than 3,000 employees with its Saudization percentage being in the platinum range.
Holool Aloula CEO Zaid, said: "The first solutions allow its customers to focus on their core business while leaving the support services to us; the task requires strong operations management from our side to make sure that we contribute to increased efficiency and productivity for the client."
The company provides business solutions through contact centers for provision of HR and business process outsourcing.
The company provides training and development of HR through a training program. In addition to this, it provides assistance to companies and government installations on the nationalization of jobs and the creation of remote working environment for women.
The company also offers consultation facility for preparing operational requirements, building HR systems, and call centers.
NCBS is one of the support companies and a wholly owned subsidiary of Mobily.
