Al Safina Restaurant becomes venue for international cuisine

Al Safina is the main restaurant of Jeddah Hilton, where international guests come from all over the world to dine. Every dish offers a chance to experience a mouthful of sensations for the taste buds. They come to try a wide choice of dishes on the international buffet, or savor the flavor of cuisines from around the globe with the themed dinner buffets.
Theme nights are held seven nights a week with a different cuisine each night, with the opportunity to sample culinary delights from across the globe and try new dishes prepared by Jeddah Hilton’s culinary experts.
Sunday night is Indian cuisine, Monday Moroccan, Tuesday Italian, Wednesday Lebanese, Thursday Seafood, Friday BBQ and Saturday is international night.
Al Safina is designed to give the feel of being on board a ship – Safina means ship in Arabic –and features a circular buffet and round blonde wood tables that enhance the sleekly modern setting, which represents the interior of a luxury yacht.
The Jeddah Hilton, the city’s premier destination for luxury accommodation and fine dining, is located on the North Corniche only 20 minutes from the airport. All accommodations feature private balconies offering views of the Red Sea or the city.
