Mobily opens new branch in Makkah

Mobily recently opened its latest state-of-the-art branch next to the Holy Mosque in Makkah, in line with the framework of the company's strategy to expand the network of branches in high density areas in vital places.
Makkah Al-Azizia is considered one of the crowded areas witnessing a huge and distinctive demand on Mobily services, especially during the Haj and Umrah seasons, given the premium services offered by the company and the need for pilgrims to connect with their loved ones using the latest communication services.
Nawaf Al-Sabhan, GM of commercial operations at Mobily, said: “Mobily is fully aware of the importance of serving pilgrims. It is in this vein that we designed the new Al-Azizia branch to accommodate the expected density of pilgrims this year. The design has been implemented on the ground in record time (less than 48 hours), demonstrating the agility of action and speed of decision-making for adaptation to meet the market demands. Mobily strives to provide all means so subscribers can enjoy better services and convenient nearby locations, whether through main branches or points of sale, which was launched already in scattered locations.”
“The new branch provides integrated services for its customers, including 3G and 4G services, prepaid SIM cards and sales on smart phone lines. It also offers payments and updating the data as well as other valuable and unique services.” Al-Sabhan added.
Mobily aims to open several major branches in all regions of the Kingdom, "offering products and services innovatively, using best selling and marketing techniques and methods as well as providing the latest technology," in order to successfully receive all segments of subscribers and ensure the procedures are implemented quickly.
