Providing a further boost to its long-term development plans, King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) recently announced the opening of its new Customer Care Center.
Located on the ground floor at the Bay Views in the Business Park, next to the canals and marina in the Bay La Sun district, the new center will provide logistical support and an enhanced level of service to investors, residents, visitors and employees within the City.
“The new Customer Care Center is a further expression of our commitment to provide the best services and support experiences to visitors, residents and employees as well as existing and prospective investors. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and will serve as a gateway to a vast array of information and resources on KAEC,” said Fahd Al-Rasheed, group CEO and MD of KAEC.
Jean Lahoud, chief city operations officer in KAEC, said: “The new Customer Care Center will provide a unified point of contact for our customers, residents and visitors across all KAEC’s districts and will assist them in any information or services required. The center is reachable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via phone (8001180010) as well as email ([email protected]), and our friendly, professional staff are trained to meet the needs of customers in every situation.”
KAEC covers 181 million sqm of land and is being developed into a fully integrated city. The mega project consists of the Coastal Communities that offer total housing solutions for all segments of society, King Abdullah Port which is being developed to be one of the biggest ten ports in the world, the Haramain Railway district, and the Industrial Valley which extends over an area of 55 million sqm, and has signed with different national and international companies.
