This year, the Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain Hotel & Spa celebrates the 20th anniversary of service of its ladies and gentlemen.
The hotel has created 20 years of memories, creating emotional bonds with its guests, who have returned to the hotel time and again from Bahrain and the wider region.
In the last 20 years, the Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain Hotel & Spa has caught the imagination of royals, dignitaries, captains of industry, families, government officials and businessmen, but the common factor that anchors and elevates their Ritz-Carlton experience is the commitment of the ladies and gentlemen.
Over the past two decades, they have worked tirelessly to create the magical moments that has made the hotel the first choice business travelers, leisure traveler as well as the MICE and weddings industry.
Florine, supervisor, the lobby lounge, has been the smile and soul of the lounge for more than 10 years. Her dedicated service and genuine care have led her to become the supervisor of one the most busy and prestigious venues of the Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain Hotel & Spa.
Rashid, lobby ambassador is not only one of the oldest gentleman of the Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain Hotel & Spa, but also a symbol of Bahraini hospitality. As a national resident, Rashid has witnessed the construction of the hotel and has been part of the opening team of the hotel in 1994 and the Marina in 2001.
Rashid says: “A lot of our GCC guests, especially those from Saudi Arabia, appreciate having a Bahraini welcome them to the country.”
