Mobily makes Gulf Air Neqaty program partner

Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) yesterday said it had signed an agreement to add Gulf Air to its exclusive list of Neqaty retention program partners.
The agreement allows Mobily’s subscribers to exchange Neqaty points for miles through Gulf Air’s Falconflyer Program. This step reflects Mobily’s leadership role in creating innovative solutions to enrich its customers’ lives.
Mobily’s CEO Khalid Al-Kaf said that through its extensive cross-sector network of partners offering a variety of rewards, Neqaty had established itself as one of the top telecom loyalty programs in Saudi Arabia. He added: “Neqaty’s partners are chosen to add value to the program and its members. Through its partnership with Gulf Air, members can redeem points for accessing one of the largest regional networks and traditional Arabian hospitality both in the air and on the ground. The airline’s strong Saudi ties are a further advantage.”
Gulf Air’s Acting CEO Maher Salman Al-Musallam said: “This partnership allows Gulf Air and Mobily to leverage each other’s strengths, strong business positioning and powerful branding for the benefit of our customers.
Through the agreement, Mobily subscribers can exchange their Neqaty points for a host of Gulf Air Falconflyer Program benefits, including free flights, upgrades, lounge access and excess baggage allowance.”
The Neqaty retention program offers a range of benefits to subscribers who receive one point for every Saudi riyal spent. The points can be easily exchanged for Mobily’s services, including free minutes, SMS, and data or for its partners products and services. Points can be redeemed through partner websites, such as cobone.com, or through easy-access channels immediately such as MPay.
