Victor Kattan

Victor Kattan is Senior Research Fellow at the Middle East Institute of the National University of Singapore and an Associate Fellow at the Faculty of Law. He was formerly program director of Al-Shabaka: The Palestinian Policy Network. Victor is the author of the critically acclaimed book From Coexistence to Conquest: International Law and the Origins of the Arab-Israeli Conflict (Pluto Press 2009). He will be giving a talk on the centenary of the Balfour Declaration at the British Academy in London on 2 November.
