ANB opens high-tech office in Riyadh

Arab National Bank (ANB) recently inaugurated its new high-tech MOH branch located inside Dahbab Towers complex in Riyadh.
The event was held with the support of Health Minister Dr. Abdullah Al-Rabeeah.
ANB Board Chairman Salah bin Rashid Al-Rashid, Managing Director Robert Eid and a number of senior officials from Ministry of Health and the bank attended the ceremony.
The Minister and other dignitaries took a tour of the branch and were briefed on its advanced facilities including the new interactive digital touchscreen kiosks, being the first technology of its kind in Saudi Arabia, and an integral part of the ANB digital communications strategy — as recently launched in ATM sites as part of the new look of ANB.
The user-friendly kiosks enable customers to obtain latest information on products and services, interact via e-mail and determine eligibility and loan amount available based upon individual circumstances.
Al-Rashed expressed his appreciation to the Health Minister for patronizing the event.
He said the visit was a demonstration of the minister’s continued support of the banking sector.
Al-Rashed said the new branch will be mainly serving ministries and public sector organizations. It is part of a comprehensive expansion plan by ANB.
ANB has an extensive branch network spanning the Kingdom which comprises 189 branches — 44 of them are ladies’ branches/sections and 142 branches provide Sharia-compliant products and services.
The branch network is further enhanced by alternative distribution channels which include 980 ATMs covering the Kingdom, plus a branch in London UK catering to ANB’s clients abroad.
