Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) has announced its partnership with M. H. Alshaya Co., a leading international retail franchise operator.
This partnership will enable ADCB clients to redeem TouchPoints across the wide range of international brands operated by Alshaya in the UAE, including H&M, Mothercare, Debenhams, Victoria’s Secret, MAC, Boots, VaVaVoom, Starbucks, The Cheesecake Factory, PF Chang’s and Pinkberry.
This partnership with Alshaya comes as part of the ADCB’s ongoing strategy to continuously reward its clients and add value to their banking experience with ADCB.
Ravi Nair, head of customer experience management at ADCB, said: “Our goal is to offer ADCB clients an exceptional banking experience. This is why we are always striving to form alliances with the best retail operators in the country and our latest partnership with Alshaya is a testament to that.
We are always trying to fulfill all of our customers’ needs regardless of their tastes and interests through the TouchPoints unique rewarding program. We firmly believe the addition of Alshaya’s portfolio of retail brands to the already extensive list of outlets we have, will further enhance our offerings and in turn improve our customers’ experience.”
The TouchPoints loyalty program is the first bank-wide rewards program of its kind in the UAE and the region.
This free of charge program was designed to reward customers every time they interact with ADCB conventional and Shariah-compliant (ADCB Islamic Banking) services and products.
This includes personal accounts, deposits, credit and debit card payments, online transactions and a wide range of insurance and investments products.
In addition to ADCB’s unique partnership with Alshaya, TouchPoints can be instantly redeemed for shopping vouchers at various merchant partner outlets, bills payments and airline tickets.
“We are delighted that Alshaya is joining ADCB’s TouchPoints loyalty program,” said Hilary Baker, VP, corporate communications, M. H. Alshaya Co.
