STC opens new line for Syria donations

In response to a direction by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah, Saudi Telecom Co. (STC) has launched a new charitable campaign to collect donations for Syria. The “Support Our Brothers in Syria” campaign aims to lessen the hardships that Syrian people face on a daily basis. As such, STC introduced a new line number (5565) to facilitate the donation process for any customers wishing to help. To donate SR 10, customers need to send a text message containing the code 1 to 5565; to donate SR 20, send 2; to donate SR 30, send 3. The urgent funds are transferred immediately to Syrian people in correlation with the National Donations Campaign. SMS donations will commence along with the campaign today (Monday).
