HIPIT prepares to hire 200 trained Saudi youth

The Higher Institute for Paper & Industrial Technologies (HIPIT) has opened its doors for 200 Saudi youth to be part of the institute which is considered one of the most successful projects of the Directorate General for Strategic Partnerships.
The institute was established with the support of the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), Technical and Vocational Training Colleges (TVTC) and Middle East Paper CO (MEPCO).
Ali Ahmed Bamasa’ad, chief executive officer of the HIPIT, said that the time is ripe for Saudi youth to take advantage of the job opportunities at HIPIT, pointing out that the TVTC has always considered the establishment of such institutes and partnerships essential for the labor market. He added that Saudi citizens who join the institute as trainees become company employees from the date they join the Institute.
“The Institute has completed the signing of 100 jobs in the current semester and announced job opportunities for 200 more students in the light of their demand in the Saudi labor market. We have also attracted a number of leading companies to sponsor the trainees,” Ahmed said.
