I believe that a huge rift has been drawn for us and that we have believed in this such a fake rift and ignored texts that existed before all of us. We have ignored the confusion caused by these texts across the world.
They talk about and blame religious curricula for everything although many old generations were raised and educated only on religious curricula and they never had this amount of anger, brutality and love for blood shedding.
There is an invisible factor, which we cannot see; we have the tangible assessable curriculum but we also have the method of teaching adopted by the instructor or the teacher.
I recall that a tolerant teacher instructed me in my early classes. He was Sultan Al-Ben’aly who taught us one main thing, which brought tranquility to our whole lives. He taught us that faith is found only in chests not in figure or argument. Some people are enthusiastic, angry, or full of hatred by nature; others have different agendas. Texts are therefore interpreted in different ways to serve their needs. This is what may be called the invisible curriculum or the invisible rift.
With most of our other problems we don’t explore the essence or the source of the problem. We only rotate in circles away form the core. We are like those who work hardly to push back or drain water with making any attempt to control the source of water. Therefore, we try to solve the problem of unemployment using the correct mechanism but in the wrong place or we try to solve in the right place but in a wrong way. The same applies to poverty and anger of emerging generations.
We never hit the source; the core of all the symptoms that we work hard to relieve them and never try to eradicate them.
Here is a final example:
One man lost a coin in an alley. As the alley was dark, he went to a place lighted by a lamp and started searching for the lost coin…
Did he find the coin? Of course not! And you know why?
