RIYADH: Pak Force will face Riyadh Warriors in the final of Huraymala League Twenty20 cricket for the SCC Cup organized by the Riyadh Cricket League.
In the Hayer League, Blacks and Indian Strikers will fight for the title.
In a high-scoring Al Kharaj League thriller, King Faisal Blues pulled a stunning run chase against Pak Shaheen to win by 7 wickets. Pak Shaheen took the wicket first and posted a total of 253 for 6 wickets. Abdul Waheed continued his form with a brilliant 110 off 53 balls. Faisal 47 and Abdul Wahab 30 also were the other contributors. Imtiaz and Munawar grabbed 2 wickets each.
In reply, King Faisal Blues chased the target in 19.2 overs. Waseem Riyaz blasted an amazing 100 off 49 balls. Ayaz remained not out on 69. Iftikhar’s 49 off just 19 balls completed the chase. Ibrar took 2 wickets.
In another match, Pakistan Falcon lost to Sama Steel by 12 runs. Sama Steel batted first and put up 192 runs. Asif top scored with 52 runs while Qaiser smashed 46. Pakistan Falcon could manage only 180 in reply. Waseem Jabbar blasted 88 and Yasir mustered 32 but rest of the batting crumbled. Raja took 3 while Latafat grabbed 2 wickets. Riyadh Aces went down fighting to Falcons by 6 runs. Falcons scored 196 for 8 wickets. Kashif was the top scorer with 54 runs followed by, Farhan’s 36. Nadeem and Saleem contributed 30 runs each. Rizwan picked up 3 while Imran bagged 2 wickets. Riyadh Aces was restricted to 190 runs. Rizwan got 76 and Hassan 63 runs were the main run getters.
