According to people living in the town, Imam and the crew was barred due to their views over the July war in Lebanon. They believed Imam was supporting the Israeli aggression against Lebanon.
The team was forced to leave quietly. The residents said their town was open to all Arabs and other visitors, but not for those who stand against Lebanon.
