TAIF, 25 August 2005 — Ministry of Commerce and Industry has sent a proposal to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah requesting clearance for establishing the first industrial city in Taif on an area of around 11 million square meters. The Ministry of Rural and Municipal Affairs approved the site in north of Taif for the project three years ago.
