JEDDAH, 6 January — An Arab expatriate has been arrested here in connection with the murder of a compatriot recently, Okaz newspaper reported yesterday. Police arrested Mufeed Muhammad Khodr, 36, while trying to leave the Kingdom by road after allegedly killing Taha Muhammad Shano. Their nationality was not revealed. Khodr, a carpenter, confessed to the police that he killed Shano, who worked as a plumber, because he wanted to escape from a magic spell, which he believed Shano had cast on him.
