Dubai launches region’s first diploma for social media influencers

DUBAI: Dubai has launched the region’s first social media influencers diploma program, the Dubai Press Club announced.

Starting Sept. 8, the six course program has been developed in collaboration with the Mohammed bin Rashid School for Communication (MBRSC), at the American University in Dubai.

It was first announced in October 2018, with an aim “to expand the professional knowledge of Arab social media influencers and enable them to produce innovative and effective content in a rapidly changing environment.”
