ATC signs deal with Kohler for power systems distribution

Abunayyan Trading Corporation (ATC), one of Abunayyan Holding Strategic Business Units (SBUs), has signed an exclusive agreement with Kohler Power Systems, described as one of the world’s top three manufacturers of electric generators and providers of power solutions. This is stated to be ATC’s ongoing strategy to adopt and provide the latest and most innovative technologies and energy solutions.
By virtue of the agreement, ATC becomes the exclusive distributor for Kohler Power Systems in Saudi Arabia. ATC will sell, service and maintain power systems for standby, prime, mobile, marine and rental operations throughout Saudi Arabia. Kohler has had a prominent market presence in Saudi Arabia for more than 25 years and has product installations throughout the country. The companies are finalizing product and logistical details and are accepting orders for new power systems.
The agreement was signed at ATC headquarters in Riyadh in the presence of top management from both companies, including Khalid Abunayyan, president and CEO of Abunayyan Holding; Allam Al-Khalidi, CEO of ATC; and Ziad Al-Jamal, business line manager-power. Representing Kohler were David Kohler, president and COO of Kohler Co.; Larry Bryce, president of Kohler Power Systems; Joseph Raats, MD MENA; and Homer Virgo, regional sales manager.
This is an important milestone in the corporate history of ATC specifically, and for Abunayyan Holding Company as a whole, and establishes yet another powerful business relationship for the company.
A leading and highly trusted provider of products and solutions in the water, wastewater, power, oil, and gas industries in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, ATC considers this association with Kohler as a significant step that reinforces the company’s name in the market.
Al-Khalidi said: “It gives us pleasure to announce our relationship with Kohler Power Systems, a very trusted name that has greatly contributed to the power industry throughout the world.”
