Prince Turki: Riyadh forum should find solutions for economic issues

Prince Turki bin Salman, chairman of Saudi Research & Marketing Group, on Monday highlighted the significance of the Riyadh Economic Forum, which opens on Dec. 9, and said it would play a major role in strengthening the Kingdom’s economy.
He expressed his optimism that the forum to be attended by prominent personalities and business leaders from within the Kingdom and abroad would discuss solutions for economic issues in order to achieve the desired growth.
SRMG has agreed to become the diamond partner of the three-day forum organized by Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry. This important annual event is held under the patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah, chairman of the Supreme Economic Council.
“SRMG is happy to be among the top sponsors of the event,” said Prince Turki. REF has already received international attention because of its high-level of participation and discussion of important research papers on the Kingdom’s economy.
“Our group has been supporting the forum ever since its start,” the chairman said.
Saad Al-Moajjel, chairman of the forum’s board of trustees, commended SRMG for its support. “The forum seeks to establish strategic partnerships with leading national companies and SRMG tops the list of those companies.”
He said the participation of Saudi companies would help the forum achieve its objectives and draw its future strategy, realizing the interests of the national economy and companies.
Al-Moajjel described SRMG as one of the leading companies in Saudi Arabia that support national events. “It holds a distinguished position at national and Arab levels in the field of specialized media,” the forum’s chairman said.
Speaking about the forum, Al-Moajjel said it would highlight the latest trends and developments in the Kingdom’s economic and business world.
“It will also discuss a number of economic issues and studies on solutions for problems in the construction sector; nationalization of jobs in the private sector; and how to develop small and medium enterprises. It will be attended by a large number of businessmen, businesswomen, industrialists, economists, academics and government officials.
