Al-Ruwaili new air force chief

Commander of Air Forces Gen. Muhammad Al-Ayesh has been retired and Maj. Gen. Fayyadh Al-Ruwaili has been promoted to the rank of General and appointed Commander of Air Forces of the Kingdom, a royal order said yesterday. A statement by the Royal Court said the decision to retire Gen. Al-Ayesh and appoint his replacement was taken upon recommendations of the Minister of Defense.
