Hail, rain and snow in Hail

Heavy rain and quantities of hail fell on the Hail region yesterday, where streets, roofs and mountains were covered in white.
Hailstones the size of golf balls smashed the windshields of a number of cars and glass panes of homes but no casualties were reported.
People went out to enjoy the weather while Civil Defense vehicles and personnel were present at valleys and desert parks from noon.
Traffic Department and police patrols were monitored traffic on roads leading to parks and to regions where hail fell north of Hail city.
