New sales culture focus of training workshop at InterCon Alkhobar

A solution selling regional training workshop was held at the InterContinental Alkhobar recently.
Seventeen individuals representing various IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) hotels in Saudi Arabia participated in the four-day workshop which was facilitated by Ahmad Mehio, area director of sales & marketing, and Mohamed Aleemuddin, area training manager.
The objectives of the workshop were to evolve a new sales culture, adopt consistence global alignment of IHG Ways of Selling and to become world class sales organization.
