Minister congratulates STC Group's new CEO

Minister of Telecommunication and IT Mohammed Jameel bin Mullah received STC Group CEO Khaled bin Abdulaziz Al-Ghoneim in his Office in Riyadh and congratulated him on his new position and wished him a success.
Both discussed the latest developments and updates in the telecommunication and IT sector, in addition to the significance of the geographical spread of the sector's projects and methods of development. Ghoniem said he gave high consideration to the directions and future prospects of the telecommunication sector in the Kingdom. The technology and information in the Kingdom will play a key role in transforming the Kingdom into a knowledge-based society, which is of utmost need to compete and succeed in the changing economic and political dynamics of the modern world.
The minister lauded STC's outstanding efforts in supporting the government's vision and mission as well as meeting the Kingdom's various requirements.
