RIYADH: The Board of Directors at the Saudi Research and Marketing Group (SRMG), the publisher of Arab News, appointed on Sunday Prince Badr bin Abdullah Al-Saud as the chairman and an independent member of the board.
It followed the board’s acceptance of the resignation of Sulaiman Al-Hudaithi as the chairman and a board member.
The board appointed Azzam Al-Dakhil as the group’s chief executive officer. It also made Saleh Al-Dowais the group’s executive director of operations.
Al-Dakhil will also be a representative of Human Resources Development Fund at the board replacing Ibrahim Al-Moaiqel.
The board also announced the appointment of Ahmed bin Aqail Al-Khatib as the representative of Public Pension Agency replacing Sulaiman Al-Jabrain.
