ROME: Around 40 migrants are missing after a boat carrying refugees sank off the coast of Libya, dpa reported. Libya might have saved 35 of them, the Italian Council for Refugees (Cir) said in Rome on Tuesday. The shipwreck occurred Saturday. The Council for Refugees also said: 'This is just one out of a series of shipwrecks suffered by refugees who attempt to cross over to Europe in boats that are little
fit for purpose'.
