Doha traffic accident results in marriage

DOHA: A traffic accident in Doha, Qatar, led to a marriage between the man and woman involved. According to Qatari newspaper Al-Sharq, the man proposed to the woman who hit his car on the day after the accident.
Both drivers were on the telephone while driving when the woman hit the man’s car from behind. Both parties stopped their car in the street, blaming the other for the accident. The controversy between them heated up and when each refused to take blame. They took the case to the police station so they could take the papers and repair the malfunctions caused by the accident.
Just as the police officer asked whose fault it was, the young man initiated by admitting it was his fault, although he had previously blamed the second party. This changed the woman’s perspective about the young man and she thanked him.
The awkward situation made the two get to know each other more, which got the young man to propose to the young lady the next day. The couple got married on the third day.
