APC by Schneider Electric, a global leader in integrated critical power and cooling services, recently flew its distributors and elite partners from the MEA region to Manila, Philippines, in recognition of their contribution to the company's regional growth during 2011.
Themed “Staying Ahead,” the event served as an ideal platform for reviewing fresh business opportunities, reflecting on performance in the past year, and planning ahead. The company's product roadmap for 2012 was also highlighted during the event.
In line with strengthening partner relationships through networking, understanding grievances and solution provision, APC by Schneider Electric representatives took the opportunity to deliver an insight into how the company's new strategic evolution program “Connect” will benefit them.
Aimed at continuously enhancing the performance of the group's business model and position as a leader in energy management products and solutions, the 'Partner Excellence' initiative, part of the wider 'Connect to Customers' initiative facilitates ongoing growth in products to drive a win-win relationship through creating new opportunities for distributors and partners.
Thierry Chamayou, business development director, APC by Schneider Electric, Middle East and Africa, said: "True to our theme for the event - Staying Ahead - our partners have proved once again that despite the challenges the past year had posed, they demonstrated exceptional ability to get record sales in 2011 and help us to continue to lead the market. This trip was a way of expressing our gratitude to their efforts, and also to committing our ongoing support to our joint growth plans.
"The visit also served as an excellent brainstorming opportunity and resulted in several productive discussions. With trends constantly changing, we collectively focused on identifying best ways to prepare for potential challenges and ensure that our crucial sales and revenue targets are met and exceeded."
During the conference, partners were updated about the company's continued commitment toward the reseller loyalty activity - the APC Channel Partner Program (CPP).
