JEDDAH: The 25th session of the Standing Committee for Economic and Commercial Cooperation of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (COMCEC) opens in Istanbul on Thursday. Turkish Consul General Salih Mutlu Sen told Arab News that the session would be crowned by the COMCEC Economic Summit, with at least 20 heads of state in attendance.
