JEDDAH, 9 October 2006 — Photographer Serene Feteih and jewelry designer Mariam Polding will be starting a weeklong cultural exhibition at the Chai and Ba Tea Lounge beginning on Monday Oct. 9 from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. According to Feteih the purpose of this exhibition is to enlighten people about life in poor countries like Africa. “Pictures can be more powerful sometimes and we hope this exhibition find success in reaching this goal,” she said. Entrance into the exhibition is free and the profit of the pictures on sale, she added, will be given in charity.
