Mohammad Abdo to Sing in Egyptian Dialect

JEDDAH, 27 July 2005 — Prominent Saudi singer Mohammad Abdo will sing in the Egyptian dialect for the first time in his career, and is currently preparing his upcoming album, which will include Egyptian songs.

The singer has already begun sessions with Egyptian composer Mustafa Al Subaili, who predicts that Abdo singing in the dialect will bring happiness to his Egyptian fans.

Abdo has joined numerous Gulf singers that have sung in the Egyptian dialect, like Kuwaitis Nabil Shu’ail and Nawal, Saudi Jawad Al-Ali, and UAE singer Hussein Al- Jasmi.
