MAKKAH, 29 November 2004 — In an unusual case which is a first for the Makkah police, a young woman in Makkah has reported a missing cat, Okaz reported. The cat’s name is Lala and the woman said she had paid some SR2,000 for it. She explained that the cat is not used to living in the street but in the lap of luxury, eating the best food and wearing expensive perfumes. Police are unsure how to proceed with the case.
