ABHA: With the theme “Woman Investors and Tourism Opportunities,” the second women’s forum of the Abha Chamber of Commerce and Industry opened at the Abha Palace Hotel on Tuesday. There are more than 60 Saudi participants from all over the Kingdom. Issues including Saudi tourism, investment in the press and the tourism sector, real experiences in vocational training in Asir as well as different experiences in cultural protection were discussed. The general manager of the Women’s Department at the Abha Chamber of Commerce, Reem Al-Farian, stressed the need for new tourism projects for new investors. She added that the women’s national committee was concerned with projects and activities that be carried out at home. The committee cooperates with the Higher Commission for Tourism and the Ministry of Education and the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation. |
