Hali Wildlife Park
Known for its scenic landscapes and diverse vegetation, Hali Wildlife Park is close to the Wadi Hali Dam in Al-Qunfudhah, a governorate of Makkah region in western Saudi Arabia. The park is now the target for a massive tree planting program of the National Center for Vegetation Cover Development and Combating Desertification, covering up to 6 million square meters of land irrigated using water from nearby dams. A 6-kilometer pipeline will be built to channel water from Wadi Hali Dam to the park.
Noor Riyadh
Billed as the largest light art festival in the world, Noor Riyadh is part of the broader Riyadh Art initiative and aims to support and inspire young artists to drive the Kingdom’s creative economy. With the theme “Light Years Away”, this year's festival will start Nov. 28 until Dec. 14, with activities planned at three key locations: King Abdulaziz Historical Center, Wadi Hanifa and Diriyah’s JAX District.
