3 officials relieved of services

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah yesterday issued a royal decree, removing Abdul Aziz Al-Hoqail, president of Saudi Railway Organization from his position.
King Abdullah issued two more decrees yesterday removing King Saud University President Dr. Abdullah Al-Othman and King Khaled University President Dr. Abdullah Al-Rashid from their positions.
The king appointed Dr. Badran Al-Omar as the new KSU president and Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Dawood as new KKU president.
Meanwhile, King Abdullah received a telephone call from Yemeni President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi and discussed major regional and international developments.
